The wide range of opportunities to learn and grow (68%) include a talent management programme, which identifies rising stars and helps them realise their full potential. However, staff say they aren't put under so much pressure they can't concentrate or perform well (both 72%), and stress levels are low (77%). The success of the business as a whole across Europe drives its partners' remuneration so, to build and strengthen good working relationships, there are regular gatherings at all levels to ensure networking and mixing across the firm.
