David Lloyd Clubs offer state-of-the-art fitness equipment, tennis courts, the latest in group exercise, health & beauty spas and business lounges to 100 different locations across the UK. David Lloyd Clubs encourage members and employees to embrace their ‘My Club, for My Life' philosophy. Employees are asked to live these values in their day to day working lives. Every month, employees, and members are invited to give nominations for the 'Club Team Member of the Month', based on who has demonstrated a particular value. The winner for each club is recognised within and also invited to a regional celebration. The regional celebration includes a day out with other winners from the same region where they can enjoy an activity such as the London eye, an escape room and many others.
