The Group is a "refreshing change" for its clients, and it wants its employees to feel the difference too. There's a jam-packed calendar, from epic Christmas parties to the 'Great DJH Bake Off'. And the 'Summer Summit' brought more than 250 colleagues together to understand the Group's plan for the next year, put faces to names, have fun and win prizes.

"Achieving great things together" is DJH's core philosophy, and it listens to its employees on what can enhance the Group's exceptional support for its clients and make it an even better place to work.

As a result, it's just introduced its Launch Academy for college leavers and its Accelerate Academy for graduates. It's boosted its internal communications with an integrated strategy and is seeking to become B Corp accredited.

And for DJH, achieving great things together is also about giving back. The Group has committed £20,000 a year for its 'Great Idea Grants', where teams and individuals can apply for small one-off grants to support communities in everything from improving the environment to mental health.
