Elliott Wood Partnership provide civil and structural engineering services to a variety of clients, including but not limited to: architects, developers, local government and property owners. They are founded on three core principles: Flip it - to consider other perspectives; Step Forward - to inspire everyone for a better future; Be Brilliant - to show outstanding ability no matter the task. With every employee following these three core principles on a daily basis, the organisation believes they can truly reach their ambition: 'We help to see the unseen to 'reveal' the opportunity, 'materialise' the bigger asset and identify how you can 'impact' society. We want to inspire. We want to make a difference. Our clients can't afford not to partner with Elliott Wood at the start of the journey.' Elliott Wood know that there is no single element that constitutes a 'reward' for employees and that is why they aim to provide a holistic approach to rewards and benefits packages to allow individuals to take up any or all of the elements to create rewards that are meaningful to them. Key components are: a commitment to turn a percentage of profits in to bonuses to reward all employees; vouchers to act as an instant reward; a comprehensive benefits package and sabbaticals to support personal development.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
