Elmbridge Borough Council are a local authority that are responsible for services such as waste and recycling, housing, planning, green spaces and playgrounds. Underpinning their vision are their four priorities: character and environment, quality services, economic development and community wellbeing. These priorities organise all of their council objectives and actions for the year ahead to staff, residents and councillors in their annual council plan, their comprehensive strategic planning document.
