To promote cross-practice collaboration, recruitment specialists, Eton Bridge Partners, encourages staff to meet colleagues, who they don't normally interact with on a weekly basis, for a walk, pandemic restrictions notwithstanding.

Other teambuilding initiatives include 60 seconds of squats or a 10 minute yoga warm-up to energise a group at the start of a meeting.

Founded in 2010 with just six people, the executive search and interim management specialist has a staff of almost 70 at its head office in Windsor and in London with access to office space throughout the UK and Europe.

Broadening and diversifying from its original specialisms in human resources and finance, it now also covers digital and technology leadership, private equity and business transformation, general counsel, board appointments and sales and marketing senior leadership. EBP was named as one of the top interim management providers in 2019 and 2020 in Institute of Interim Managers (IIM) survey.

Managing partner, Ashton Ward, believes that in running a successful business the most important thing to focus on is the people in your business and culture because if you do that they will look after your clients and your network.

Reflecting its ethos which is based on care, kindness and trust, Ashton and the leadership team have spent extra time checking in on staff during the pandemic and sent them all care packages. EBP supports good causes and employees collectively ran, walked, cycled or swam 100 miles in 100 days in aid of the Mental Health Foundation charity.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
