Farncombe Estate Holdings are a family owned 400 acre estate in the Cotswolds. They have been owned by the same family for over 40 years but it was decided to transform the estate into a “hospitality hotspot” with a difference in 2013. The organisation offer great career progression and development, be that a H&S course or an apprenticeship within their chosen field. Development also includes fully funded industry specific trips such as visiting Cotswolds distillery to learn about their products or vineyard trips to France to learn more about the wine that they serve.
