It's all about communication at Fitzrovia IT. During the pandemic bosses introduced a virtual watercooler where a group of six employees from different departments are picked at random and put into a team meeting for 20 minutes during the working day to chat about life out of work.

The company started out as an in-house IT support team but quickly grew into a 55-strong managed service provider in the heart of London providing IT solutions for clients of all sizes.

Fitzrovia IT knows it is only as good as its team so building lasting relationships with employees is just as important as building lasting relationships with clients. Reflecting this Fitzrovia IT has adopted a virtual open-door policy, encouraging staff to communicate regularly, informally and formally, with senior team members who promote training and the ongoing development of staff.

Employees are kept in the with loop with monthly firm-wide strategic vision meetings and virtual socials to celebrate special occasions and milestones and keep them feeling connected to each other.

Fitzrovia IT plans to reintroduce lunches paid for by the business when the reintegration of staff is allowed in order to encourage communication and reduce isolation of staff and to encourage those working from home to still come in where possible.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
