FLR Spectron (FLRS) offer bespoke and tailored business solutions in a range of sectors, including mobile and telecoms, air conditioning and cooling, office space planning and interiors, security and technology. The company is headquartered in Orpington, Kent, and has an additional three offices in the UK. FLRS have an ambition of being the most trusted provider in the South East for integrated services, delivering innovative, cutting edge and flexible solutions, and being recognised above all as a quality brand The business builds its workplace culture around five core values: be customer obsessed; a positive attitude is everything; have a 'bias for action'; excel in everything we do; and empower everyone to 'think like business owner'. FLRS is led by owner/directors Peter Scott-Wilds, Robert Fee and Jerry Watts. All three sit within the business across different departments in open-plan offices, meaning, staff see them as one of the team and know that they can approach them directly with any questions they have.

For 12 years, they have supported the Business Education Partnership in Bromley, and twice a year sponsor the catering for events aimed at children who do not want to go on to university. Various staff members also volunteer as Business Ambassadors.
