FMP Global were Founded in 2005 by CEO Justin Cottrell as he worked from his garage at home. With the understanding that there is a need to provide companies with international payroll, Justin Cottrell set a primary purpose to be the leading provider in Payroll and HR solutions. FMP Global now have clients in 135 countries worldwide and have built up key relationships with these clients. FMP Global's headcount continues to grow in its four UK sites, with the strong belief that each individual employee is a part of the family run business. Keen to welcome new starters in to the FMP Global family, Justin Cottrell meets with new starters every 3 months in an Induction course style meeting over lunch. Here he explains how he founded the company and details plans for the future and the organisations vision. Always looking out for the potential to expand and progress, they have a ‘recommend a friend' scheme whereby a staff member will be rewarded with £250 once their friend joins the company and a further £250 will be paid following their 3-month probationary period. The organisation is always on the lookout for charitable activities. Recently they encouraged employees to take part in a charity cycle ride from Paris to Chichester, with the company matching the funds raised by the participants.
