MANY of the 343 staff at Foundation, the social inclusion charity, have stood in their clients' shoes. The Leeds-based organisation, with 20 sites across the north, offers exluded people support with housing and work and often employs those it has helped. Staff commend its strong social conscience (81% positive, in fifth place among mid-sized not-for-profit organisations).
