Future Factory aims to be the "one-stop-shop for creative agencies wanting to grow". And it wants the same for its employees – personally and professionally.

The London-based business development and lead generation consultancy works with ambitious creative, comms and digital agencies planning to scale up and needing a plan to get there.

Many incentives encourage its team of nearly 30 employees to show initiative and support others. And there are little treats to make the day-to-day that little bit sweeter and help combat cost-of-living increases.

Everyone is entitled to dip into the wellness budget to buy things that are 'nice to haves' they may not be able to consider otherwise, such as juicers to aid healthy eating or SAD lamps to tackle seasonal winter depression. Meanwhile, all employees have access to app-accessed therapists and are set to enjoy puppy yoga to help de-stress.

To help with rising bills, all junior members of the team have received a pay rise and get a free lunch every day they're in the office. And to assist with cash flow, all staff get monthly rather than quarterly bonuses.

Staff can also look forward to gifted days if they help hit business targets or are awarded 'Pea' (employee of the month.)

My Manager

94% of staff agreed

My manager cares about me as an individual

Managers are only ever hired from within, having already benefitted from internal training in areas such as copywriting, client servicing, confidence training and building rapport. They also get internal training with the Managing Partners and external training when they're new to post and as they develop.
