The dynamic and energetic FX Digital team, of over 55 people, has been building momentum since the business was founded by childhood friends Matt and Tom in 2011. The firm has recently found a new home in offices in the vibrant Old Street area of London to accommodate its growing team and where the FX Digital culture continues to flourish.

New starters can look forward to the 'FX Academy', a training programme designed to ease them into the business and provide feedback throughout their onboarding to prepare them for working on projects.

Giving back to the community is important to FX Digital, with its efforts extending to the environment. The company's staff-led Sustainability Group works hard to research short and long-term strategies to improve its environmental impact, with initiatives such as private recycling in the office and undergoing the steps to becoming B Corp Certified.
