Since its humble beginnings in 1997 as an independently owned, industrial staffing agency in North Wales, it's always been Gap Personnel’s aspiration to grow into a business that provides three things: a positive employment journey for its candidates; meaningful training for its people; and real solutions for its customers.

Gap Personnel fully believes in coaching and mentoring its employees, ensuring they are exposed to the knowledge and skills of individuals who are be experts in their field. Learning on the job and being able to participate in projects alongside senior managers not only upskills employees, but also helps to create a culture of trust, connection, and guidance which sends a powerful message to employees that the organisation cares for and invests in their future and their ability to succeed.

The Senior Management Team have also created workshops covering a range of topics such as Calculating Rates and Effective Pricing, Recruitment Practices, Objection Handling, and Sales Visits. These workshops enable employees to further develop within their roles and opening a path for career progression.

Gap Personnel offers a Management and Leadership training and development course where attendees practice a range of effective management skills in team exercises and role play situations. This programme engages managers through gaining opportunities within the business as well as developing their thought processes and problem solving skills.

The duration of the Management and Leadership course is set over 18 months and upon completion employees are able to achieve a Level 3 Team Leader & Supervisor qualification.
