The Senior Management Team have also created workshops covering a range of topics such as Calculating Rates and Effective Pricing, Recruitment Practices, Objection Handling, and Sales Visits. These workshops enable employees to further develop within their roles and opening a path for career progression.
Gap Personnel offers a Management and Leadership training and development course where attendees practice a range of effective management skills in team exercises and role play situations. This programme engages managers through gaining opportunities within the business as well as developing their thought processes and problem solving skills.
The duration of the Management and Leadership course is set over 18 months and upon completion employees are able to achieve a Level 3 Team Leader & Supervisor qualification.
