A Friday afternoon quiz hosted by the sales director, Natasha Thomas, brings departments and branches of Gap Personnel together. It has been a great way to develop relationships across the business and stay connected.
When restrictions prevented the company from hosting its annual awards night, it organised a Friday-night Takeaway. Before the two-hour video event, staff were sent a package that included chocolates and a £20 food voucher. On the bill were amusing videos and a thank you message to all staff from the managing director, Mark Roberts.

It stages an annual fancy-dress competition and last year raised more than £700 for Children in Need. Another yearly event is its Great British Bake Off, which raised almost £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
