Creating an environment where employees can bring their whole selves to work is crucial for management consultancy, Gate One.

Gate One has had a successful history of year-on-year growth since it was founded in 2013 by partners Tim Phillips, Simon Dennis, David Holliday, and Alex McEvoy. Recently, this growth has accelerated after it joined Havas, one of the world’s largest global communications groups.
