A LEANING TOWER of pizza boxes was the winning entry when departments were challenged to decorate their work areas at Gemini People. The winners were treated to lunch. This sort of silliness works at this London agency, formerly Gemini Search, which recruits for creative roles. Employees agree that the team, under inspirational chief executive Michelle Watson (96% positive, ranking third on this list), is fun to work with (95%). www.geminipeople.com
