Greenworks Solutions provides coolers and washroom services to UK business while the Greencare Foundation funds sustainable water and sanitation projects, such as drilling boreholes and renewing wells in the town of Kwahu-Tafo in Ghana. The company takes fifth place in our employee survey for staff feeling it makes a difference to the world, with a positive score of 87%. It reaches the top 10 overall for questions on Giving Something Back (80%), with profit not the only motivation (83%). As Greenworks Solutions Ltd are nationally based and most staff only visit the office weekly, the organisation cannot provide extensive on site facilities as most people would be unable to take advantage of them. They have staff members whose families have, or had, ageing family members and Greenworks Solutions have developed flexible working and reduced hours specifically to allow them to spend quality time with their family
