From their privileged position as a trusted wellbeing provider, they have learned from both colleagues and clients alike that good wellbeing encompasses mental, physical, financial and social health, and have a suite of methods to not only safeguard but enhance wellbeing on all fronts throughout their teams.
These include being a proudly accredited Living Wage employer, providing annual profit share bonuses, private healthcare and wellbeing initiatives including weekly drop-in wellbeing sessions, and social activities including ‘TFI Fridays’ (including drinks and snacks after work), and regular prizes and incentives for top performers.
