Heathcote & Co. are an event and stadium catering company, running quality catering events at parties, festivals and permanent stadiums. Clients include Armani, Boodles and Jaguar Land Rover, as well as personal clients such as Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Paul McCartney. There's a long history dating back to 1983, involving two young chefs - Paul Heathcote and Gary Bates - peeling potatoes in the Lake District before moving up the career ladder and reuniting in 1997 to form Heathcotes Outside. In 2007, they merged with Lindley Catering, making a £20m business a £60m business overnight. The company was sold in 2013 but the pair formed Heathcote & Co. that year. Today, based at the Macron Stadium - home of Bolton Wanderers Football Club, Heathcote & Co. retain their old values of high-quality, locally sourced, seasonal food with picture-perfect presentation. Among the company's awards and achievements is an MBE for Paul.
