Over the past 30 years, HiB has grown from a fledgling business to a 113-strong team, providing industry-leading bathroom products to retailers. Operating across two sites in London and Tamworth, HiB continually drives learning opportunities with a structured training programme for new and existing team members.

Within the company’s personal growth platform, the HiB Academy, participants gain recognised qualifications to help them excel in their roles. HiB’s commitment to offering new opportunities to grow is accompanied by its strong company culture and values. These are underpinned by its vision to be the leading supplier of innovative, creative solutions that make bathrooms beautiful, whilst making a substantial difference to the lives of its people, partners, and the world we live in.

Throughout HiB there is a mutual passion to achieve the common goal of improving people’s lives. HiB’s dedicated ‘Employee Experience’ department is devoted to supporting a positive company culture and promoting its values. Each team member has a wide support network, including mental health first aiders, access to support services and regular development reviews. Its people are supported outside of work with paid leave to volunteer at a charity that is important to them and have their birthday away from work to focus on themselves. HiB believes being a responsible employer that operates with integrity and with the best interests of its people, customers, community, and the environment at heart, is of the utmost importance.

After launching its community foundation, HiB’s charity panel whittled down over 50 applicants to choose five local charities to receive a portion of a £30,000 donation. HiB also works hard to encourage staff to organise events to raise funds for charities and community projects, match funding double any amount raised.
