As a housing provider, Honeycomb Group build, let and sell affordable homes. They offer trusted home repairs, improvements and adaptations. They support people to have and sustain homes, and help keep the people within homes safe, secure and sound. Honeycomb group were founded just under 40 years ago with 200 homes and 5 staff. They have organically grown through building and acquiring new homes and bringing smaller, like-minded organisations to join the Group. They now have over 200 employees, 200 volunteers and over 3000 homes. A few years ago, Honeycomb group introduced their reward hub, 'My Reward'. The idea behind the scheme is to attract, engage and retain their best people, as they understand their people are what makes them stand out from the crowd and continuously bring success to the organisation.
