Incite hold regular wellbeing weeks, with different focuses to inspire people to think about an element of their wellbeing, be it environment, physical, community or mental. Mental wellbeing has been a big focus for Incite recently. They have invited an organisational mental health consultant in to educate all members of the team on mental health in themselves and others. They had a goal-setting session with an executive coach, where employees were encouraged to think about their goals and aspirations and create a plan to achieve them in both their personal lives and careers.
