They have a robust wellbeing strategy in place, underpinned by a three-year plan, a dedicated wellbeing group, and a specially designed wellbeing brand for all corporate communications. The organisation has also introduced a Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) service to support its people after challenging calls and promotes a culture of open discussion about mental health.
