IN NORTHERN IRELAND'S civil service more than 21,000 people rely on the 322 staff of ESS, IS Shared Services and Strategy to deliver information communications technology. Despite this pressure, workers at the Belfast-based enterprise give the top positive score (53%) among mid-size organisations for not feeling exhausted when they get home from work.
