Janssen has 475 UK employees based in High Wycombe, and is part of a global organisation itself owned by the US healthcare giant Johnson & Johnson. Children are not the only beneficiaries of Janssen's philanthropy. This year it set up a programme to encourage more young adults to pursue further education and career opportunities in maths and science.
