This family-owned limited company, based in Bolton, is going strong despite challenging times. “We have been established nearly 30 years and have a number of very loyal, long-standing staff,” Jobwise says. “As we are an employment business, we feel it is important to reassure staff that we are a cash-rich, stable company.” The 62 employees have confidence in the leadership of senior management (an 87% positive score), and managing director Grant Barton has a reassuring two decades of experience in the job. There might be some pressure to perform well (61% positive, and the second lowest score), but staff find their jobs stimulating (82%) and don't feel they are spending too much time working (66%). They get a buzz being in their teams (81%), and feel that managers share important information (83%) and care about individuals (87%). Training is of great personal benefit to Jobwise employees (80%), who love working for the company (85%).
