More than two-thirds of the 151 staff at Surrey-based Juniper Networks, which provides the technology for companies to use computer networks securely, earn more than £55,000 a year. People are happy with pay and benefits (77%) and feel fairly paid compared with industry norms and for their responsibilities (both 69%). They believe they can make a valuable contribution to the firm's success (84%).
