Kids Inc Nurseries aims to become "the nursery of choice" in the south-east by 2024 as the business continues to grow. It offers "the opportunity to shape young individuals at the start of their lives by nurturing them, educating and inspiring them".

Kids Inc Nurseries are based in and around the M25 area and its reach stretches from Aylesbury, in Buckinghamshire, to Guildford, in Surrey. The group began with three nurseries and now consists of 12 sites. Three more are due to open this year.

Kids Inc Nurseries aim to make the early years of a child’s life as enjoyable, rewarding and positive as possible. Staff work to give children the best possible start to their learning and education. The nurseries care for babies and young children, aged from three months to five years and are open from 7.30am until 6pm.

In-house extra curricular activities are offered, such as learning an additional language and gardening, cookery and science clubs. Kids Inc believes children learn by doing rather than being told, so it encourages their creativity through exploring, discovering and experimenting with play.

Kids Inc Nurseries is committed to promoting employee welfare, training and development, and providing opportunities for employees to further their careers.

Almost all staff have a qualification in children’s care, learning and development or are qualified to degree level, and the company encourages others to pursue formal qualifications. Everyone receives training in safeguarding children, paediatric first aid, moving and handling, food hygiene and fire safety.
