The organisation is currently implementing a a salary sacrifice scheme for electric cars, conscious that this has the biggest impact on its carbon footprint.

With over 275 employees, Liaison Group is now a fully remote business, bringing the entire company together twice a year for its Company Days. These are an opportunity to recognise and review progress, discuss new services and innovation, and celebrate its success – as well as spend valuable time with colleagues.
In 2021, Liaison held its Company Days online, ensuring that teams didn’t miss out on the chance to get together. The company also encourages regular team interaction through their new initiative Liaison Latte, where employees can expense a coffee and a cake each week to encourage teams to get-together outside of their home.
It also encourages employees to move towards using Collaborative Workspaces where possible - finding innovative ways to meet as a team, to suit individuals. Whether this is in a shared office or a coffee shop, this ensures that teams can interact and build relationships whilst reducing their carbon footprint.
