Lyreco started life in the mid 1920's as a small book shop in the north of France. Rapid growth and expansion over a period of years has led them to becoming one of Europe's largest and most successful workplace solutions providers. As the organisation grow's from strength to strength, a set of core principles to which they centre and base themselves around have been created. In total there are four core principles: Passion; Excellence; Respect and Agility. Lyreco believe that their most important asset is their dedicated and hard working pool of employees. To provide a platform for the recognition of these people, Lyreco organise an annual 'once in a lifetime experience' trip for employees that are nominated as VLPs (Very Lyreco People). Every department provides nominations; any Lyreco employee has an equal opportunity regardless of position or department. The 2019 VLP trip was to Columbia.
