Eager to bring teams together and keep staff morale high, the firm hosts weekly zoom calls and regular social events such as quiz nights, as well as sending emails praising staff for their hard work and dedication. Mental First Aiders were brought in to check in on the wellbeing of staff, as well as an external coach to support those struggling.

Established by their Managing Director 18 years ago, M&DH has seen fantastic growth – moving from a start-up organisation with just a handful of employees to now holding over 3,000 clients with over 5,000 insurance policies.
