m-hance – which provides business management software for the not-for-profit sector and various other industries – has taken onboard feedback from its team, changing how the company works and what support is available for staff.
The company is now remote-first after staff were asked how they’d like to return to the office after Covid-19. And employees now have even greater flexibility with the chance to work from anywhere in the world for up to four weeks a year.
But the company recognised that remote working might impact the mental health of some team members. As a result, there are monthly company updates to keep people connected, and external speakers are invited to present on wellbeing topics, such as menopause and financial resilience. And everyone now has access to tailored mental health support, including therapy sessions.
The company offers a range of other benefits to ensure its employees feel valued. Everyone received a cost of living pay rise, and if they make a successful recommendation for a job role, they will be rewarded with up to £5000.
