Staff say they can make a difference in the organisation (77% positive), agree that work is an important part of their lives (78%) and are proud to work for Mace (79%). Such policies lead to the workforce finding chief executive Stephen Pycroft inspiring (70%), and they are also confident in the leadership skills of senior management team (75%).
