Celebration is at the heart of what Moonpig does. The online greetings cards, flowers and gifts company says its mission is to "help people connect and create moments that matter", but it celebrates its staff achievements, too.

A 'Pig of the Week' is rewarded with a voucher of their choice for living the company values, while staff express their gratitude to colleagues on 'High Five Fridays'. On top of this, the company pays annual performance-related bonuses to eligible staff.

Moonpig, which is based in London and was launched in 2000, aims to help people celebrate birthdays, new arrivals, engagements and "just becauses". For its staff, it is committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome. People from all backgrounds are supported, from parents who need flexibility with working hours to individuals who are neurodiverse and prefer to work in a certain way.
