My Space Housing are a charitable housing association and registered social landlord, operating across the North West, North East and the Midlands. The incredible My Space success story is firmly built upon the skill, commitment and advocacy of each and everyone of their employees. Their people and their desire and passion for supporting the most vulnerable people in the local community makes them unique and pioneers in what they do. Operations Director Pete Lynch doesn't have an office, which allows for a true open door policy. He also hosts a monthly organised day in the field for a more personal and approachable way of working. Pete has also led a team of volunteers to take part in street sleep, which helps to raise awareness for homeless people and their everyday battle to stay warm and safe. My Space have doubled in size over the past year and Pete made a commitment to continue monthly field trips and tenant forums to ensure he is as visible as ever within our company.
