New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) has grown from its roots in interim management and executive search to become a multi-faceted talent consulting and resource business.

In the last decade, it has developed a human capital consulting offering that clients can access through individual service lines or integrated end-to-end solutions that solve complex talent and organisational challenges. Service lines fall into the following four areas: Find (executive search and interim partners), Assess (leadership assessment), Deploy (agile talent solutions) and Transform (leadership development and talent strategy consulting).

Founded in 2003 by Doug Baird, NSCG (formerly Interim Partners) has achieved sustainable growth. From humble beginnings in Harrogate, the business now has bases in the North West, London and Leeds and boasts a global client base. Having featured in the Sunday Times Fast Track in 2008 and 2009, growth ambitions have led the business to create BrightPool in 2009 and through an acquisition trail acquire Wickland Westcott in 2019. In 2020, all brands were brought under the NSCG umbrella to create one unified team with a clear purpose: to help individuals and organisations fulfil their full potential.

This purpose is also reflected internally as the business commits to support, nurture and develop its team. Part of this is reflected in its wellbeing offering, where measures have been introduced to help give employees a better work/life balance. These include 'glide time', where an individual can shift their start and finish times in the office, whilst still working their contracted hours, to help with personal commitments.
