Last year, Northcote Group raised over £50,000 for Hospitality Action, which offers vital assistance for people who work, or have worked in the hospitality industry and who find themselves in crisis. One way of raising money for the charity included their ‘Obsession' food festival.
My organisation encourages charitable activities
Within their Kitchen Brigade of 30 chefs, they strive to promote from within and their apprenticeship programme has recruited one third of their workforce. Danny Young, who last year won National Young Chef of the year, he is currently sous chef at the age of 24.
