OFR’s team expanded through reinvestment of revenue and organic growth, and delivery hubs were established in seven UK cities for over 100 permanent staff serving clients from project conception, through planning, design, construction, operation, and legacy dispute resolution.

For example, a new graduate starting their first job will be assigned a Buddy that has recently completed the graduate programme and can act as a guide.
