One Housing build affordable homes for individuals who struggle to afford a place to live in London and the south east. The organisation provides care and support to thousands of people in the community, while helping them to find employment. Working from 86 sites, the organisation lives and breathes its values of collaboration, ambition, respect, excellence and engagement. One Housing also look to create a positive working environment for all members of staff. Richard Hill is One Housing's Chief Executive Officer after joining the business in September 2017. Richard has a passion for housing and is hugely experienced, having held numerous senior leadership positions in the sector.
