Opus Talent Solutions is a global provider of niche and innovative talent solutions. They were founded in the mid 2000's by Darren Ryemill, where Opus began as a mere team of 4 employees undertaking transactional tech recruitment. Fast-forward 10 years down the line and they now have over 250 employees, operating in 7 locations across 4 continents. Opus have now evolved beyond transactional recruitment towards offering a holistic service across the entire talent lifecycle. They not only assist clients in recruiting top quality staff, now offering their expertise across a companies entire talent strategy including attraction, performance management, retention and succession planning. By listening to their clients, Opus have provided them with the extended services they require in the ever changing workplace. They are passionate about people in the workplace, seeking to use this passion in order to grow, evolve and break boundaries within the industry. Commitment to their workforce is unprecedented, where they have multiple incentives and rewards in place to make them a fantastic workplace. Their sales consultants have an uncapped commission structure, multiple bonus incentives and rewards for hard work.
