In addition, the 100-plus club, for the company's top performers, enables winners to gain all-expenses paid luxury holidays to destinations such as Dubai and New York. The firm's strategy of recognising staff needs has resulted in growth in its market share for three consecutive years. Employees feel they have a secure future at the company (76%) and say they would would strongly recommend the organisation to others as an employer (73%).
