Phoebus Software recognise the importance of supporting its employees' mental and physical wellbeing and recognises that each individual will have different needs. That's why it has taken a wide and varied approach to offering support to its people. The company's Bewell@PSL site provides access to a range of services, including an employee assistance programme, fitness programmes, health-related flexible benefits, and access to lifestyle and skills development e-learning.

More than 25% of Phoebus's turnover goes back into research and development, helping to strengthen and expand its product suite. The business started in 1989 as a banking platform. It has more than 25 clients in the UK and Ireland, managing assets of more than £60 billion.

PSL takes community giving and corporate social responsibility seriously. Its commitment spans more than just the local community to include charities far and wide, while minimising the company's impact on the environment. Last year staff raised over £8,000, the majority of which will be donated to the organisation's chosen charity partner, FareShare, which fights food waste and hunger. Other fundraising initiatives have included an online Disco Bingo, a raffle and a Grand National sweepstake that raised £300, which was matched by PSL.
