Founded in 1989, Phoebus Software is a financial software provider offering technology services to challenger banks, building societies, lenders, and third-party servicers. Its tailored loan and savings management system provides a complete package from initial customer contact, through to approvals and servicing, to final redemptions.

With clients ranging from Tier 1 institutions to smaller scale operations and start-ups, over £60 billion of assets are managed on behalf of more than 100 companies using the Phoebus Software solution.

Phoebus Software provides a complete multi-channel solution that supports all requirements of a business’ e-commerce and front office requirements through to core back office general ledger and servicing processes, all in a regulatory, controlled manner.

The Phoebus Software solution has evolved through working in partnership with its clients, and the organisation’s ethos is about creating a true working partnership that delivers success.

Phoebus Software takes community giving and Corporate Social Responsibility seriously, and its commitment spans local charities, national charities, and minimising its impact on the environment.

Over 12 months, employees at Phoebus Software raised over £10,000 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Funds were raised through quarterly raffles, a Grand National sweepstake, and by employees completing the Wolf Run and climbing Snowdon.

The organisation has also formed a Green Team that is responsible for ensuring that Phoebus Software is a carbon neutral workplace. Initiatives to support this include: recycling 80% of all waste, printing limits, office energy saving, cycle to work schemes, car sharing, reusable coffee cups, and more.
