Employee engagement has remained high in spite of the shift to remote working thanks to a host of pandemic-friendly practices such as ‘bear hug' treats packages sent to all staff as part of mental health awareness day. A 2021 ‘kick-off' party began the new working year, where everyone dressed in their finery to celebrate the previous year's success.
