The Cambridgeshire-based company has holiday homes it offers out to staff to rent in Castleton, in the Peak District, Southwold, Suffolk and Horning, and in Norfolk.

The company makes sure its staff get together, build relationships, and have a good time, thanks to a social committee that organises regular events and treats throughout the year.
These include the annual Christmas party and summer fun event, as well as meals out and activities such as go-karting, quad biking and archery.
Managers will also arrange regular coffee catch-up sessions with their teams, providing an opportunity for staff to get to know each other informally, rather than talk about work.
They also run regular one-to-one sessions with staff to provide them with a safe space to talk about work and their lives. Flexible working hours are available, with the core hours being 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
