Q5 helps business leaders build better businesses. In early 2009, in the depths of the global recession, five friends with a shared background in consulting sat around a kitchen table and talked about wanting to do things differently, wanting 'to change the game', retaining the experience, rigour, and intelligence of consulting, but with a human, down-to-earth feel. And with that Q5 was born. Q5 has experienced rapid growth since those early days in 2009, with offices opening up in London, New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, Leeds and Melbourne. Their global outreach provides a strong presence in retail, financial, public services, media and infrastructure, which offers 'Q5ers' the opportunity to not only work across various countries but also sectors. The culture at Q5 is a genuine teamwork mentality, it's all about "we" rather than the "I", making new recruits feel like they are part of a family set out to work together to achieve high standards. It is a supportive and unified culture that is built on talent and ambition. Wellbeing is an important and open subject to everyone within Q5.
