Founded in 2009, Quint Group owns and operates a portfolio of fintech businesses focused on improving access to credit in the consumer credit sector.

The organisation is immensely proud of the hard work of their employees and are firm believers in the fact that happy employees are productive employees. Its headquarters is located in extensive grounds with facilities including a fitness centre and woodland running/walking trails to encourage employees to take care of their physical health.

The organisation has nurtured a positive working environment by creating a space where employees can be productive whilst being able to relax through the introduction of a pool table, table tennis, XBOX, bar, and free fruit.

Quint Group further takes care of the wellbeing of its employees by running a number of initiatives, including an EAP scheme which offers confidential advice on a variety of topics. It has an in-house Mental Health First Aid team that provides confidential support and advice and is available to all employees.

As well as supporting its employees’ wellbeing, Quint Group supports its employees’ careers. Through an in-house e-learning platform, employees can complete a number of courses, and are supported in their endeavours through the company’s mentoring scheme.

To celebrate the achievements of its employees, the organisation runs Long Service and Employee Awards evenings where those that have gone above and beyond their regular duties are recognised and rewarded.
