Round-the-clock, jargon-free IT support is offered by Surrey-based ramsac, which aims to help clients get the best out of technology. Clients include the Old Vic theatre and New Covent Garden Market, in London.

From its offices in Godalming, the company implements, manages, and supports secure, resilient and flexible IT systems to help businesses grow efficiently.

It works with small and medium-sized firms and, for many clients, is an outsourced IT department, making sure new users are set up from day one, administering the network, ensuring that the system is updated and offering support.

A named ramsac consultant visits the site regularly to help users and make certain that clients are getting the best out of their system.

The company also runs projects, from office moves to cloud migrations, system upgrades and new software roll-outs. In addition, it provides consultancy services dealing with security, cyber essentials and data protection.

It is a Microsoft Gold, Gold Dell, Silver Citrix, Silver Sophos and Silver SonicWALL partner, as well as a VMware Solution provider and Microsoft Education specialist.

The company's name is based on its core principles: reliable, approachable, motivated, skillful, adaptable and committed. It publishes a "yearbook" for each new business year, which details plans for the year and for the 2025 vision.
