Employees say their direct boss takes an active interest in their wellbeing (86%), and deals with issues rather than dodging them (76%). Managers care about people's job satisfaction (80%) and help them achieve their potential (79%). The firm invests £1,000 a head in training, from basic fire safety to complying with equality legislation and last year's Bribery Act.
