RedEye International provide clients with innovative multi-channel personalisation technology. RedEye have been developing technological solutions for web analysts, email marketers and now multi-channel and customer-experience marketing practitioners. Led by Chief Executive Officer Garry Lee, Red Eye are based in Cheshire. RedEye's products are driven by a unique database that combines all customer data, online and offline, from store purchases to products browsed. They make this vast depth and breadth of data available to users through sophisticated and intuitive tools and interfaces. Staff are rewarded for acts directly related to company values. Weekly winners can pick a prize: a £10 'Love2Shop' voucher, an early finish, a late start or an extended lunch. Other sweeteners include the summer party, last year held at Coombe Abbey Hotel, Worcester. Winners of a survival exercise were rewarded with tablets, headphones and Lego at a special awards ceremony in the evening.
