Marketing communications agency in the B2B technology sector, Revere, has clients that include some of the world's leading technology brands: Avanade, Lenovo, NetApp, VMware, Westcoast and Worldpay.

The Marlow-based company helps customers to communicate with their global audiences, providing a wide range of services including planning, branding, campaigns and content, digital, video, social media and marketing automation.

Established in 2017, Revere has 65 people split between client services, creative, and digital teams. Each member of the team sets their own personal development goals, which are consistently monitored and supported by the business, and everyone has a subscription to LinkedIn Learning.

The company has created an open, non-judgemental culture, where teams are encouraged to ask questions and put their views forward, either in monthly company updates or directly to line managers or the leadership team.

Great emphasis is placed on making Revere a great place to work and wellbeing is a major focus. Recently, the firm launched a new wellness programme, ‘Boost Mind’, which is designed to help employees mental and physical wellbeing. As part of this, mental health awareness training has been provided and line managers have participated in specialist workshops to understand how they can offer ongoing support to their teams.

Employees are also provided with private medical insurance and the rollout of a new ‘Work Anywhere’ policy ensures colleagues can work where they are most effective and enjoy a healthy work/life balance.
